Nidal Rasheed is the son of a migrant family that moved to Australia in 1996, when he was 10 years old. After seeing his parents struggle overseas, he decided that he was going to become business man, as he believed that’s how people became rich.
At the age of 14 Nidal started his first business venture, running six lolly vending machines, while still in school. By the age of 22 Nidal was running his own restaurant business, learning all the lessons and challenges that come with running a small business.
Learning from past experiences, Nidal bounced back on his feet. In 2009, Nidal started his career in real estate. By the age of 30, he had made his first million dollars, built an impressive property portfolio and 3 companies, within 5 years of being broke and almost bankrupt.
His determination to success led him to win the Alpha Award as a top salesperson nationally with an ASX500 listed property developer. From this moment, Nidal was inspired to start his own business.
With a strong determination to succeed, Nidal founded Silvertail Property Group in 2014.
His goal is to help others create their own success through property investment and building a passive income.
By helping everyday Australians through educating them about property, Nidal has been able to achieve his goal and help many first time investors enter the market.
