A narrator explains the skills that are required to communicate affectively with a patient who is too agreeable. The introduction is followed by a dialogue between a nurse and a patient who is too agreeable.

A narrator explains the skills that are required to communicate affectively with a patient who is complaining. The introduction is followed by a dialogue between a nurse and a patient who is whining.

A narrator explains the skills that are required to communicate affectively with a sarcastic person. The introduction is followed by a dialogue between a nurse and a sarcastic patient.
