Finally Quit Porn Thomas Molyneux

I used to think I was addicted to porn. I used to think that I was not good enough because I failed to control myself and had a bad habit, which no matter what I did, I just couldn't give up.
I felt like I had tried everything, but the harder I tried, the worse my problem got.
Eventually, I got help from a very kind woman called Mari Paulus who helped me quit porn for good.

81. Learning How to Quit Porn Correctly With Mari Paulus
10 years of failure trying to quit porn.
One day, Mari asks to come on my podcast. This random person from the internet. Why not I thought to myself?
Mari's credentials looked good to me. 30+ years working in addiction recovery. And that podcast changed things for me. Instead of hearing the same old bs about healing, emotions and triggers - she told me the truth.
She was straight with me and made me face the reality of my porn addiction.
This is essential to gain permanent mental freedom.
We are now sharing this method with others.

77. Overcoming Porn Addiction - How to Deal with Loneliness and Relapses with Addiction Expert Mari Paulus
I talk with addiction expert Mari Paulus about how to deal with feelings of loneliness and how to respond to relapses.
This podcast is very blunt and may not be enjoyable to listen, but that is probably a good thing.
The truth is not always comfortable, but embrace the lessons shared by Mari.
She has worked in addiction since 1990 and having helped so many clients permanently quit addiction, including myself, I whole-heartedly trust the Beyond Compulsion method and would love for this to work for you as well.
If want more support then head over to www.thomasmolyneux.com where you can get our free training.
Addiction is very misunderstood and Mari shared with me before we recorded today how at the Oscars they were making jokes about porn addiction.
To be fair, I don't have a problem with making jokes about sensitive subjects, but it is true that addiction is massively underestimated.
It really is very harmful and hopefully this podcast will take you one step closer towards permanent freedom.
