My podcast usually talks about situation's in life that are in the dark and that will be brought to the light. They sometimes can be political, spiritual and contraversial. Sometimes we need to vent about things that we probably think nobody else is going through or have been through but you will surprised on how many people out there can relate to your situation. Healing expressions shines the light on situations that need healing and advice and I do that here. My podcast provides a safe place for listeners. I'm not a psychiatrist but I have so many experienced life lessons that I think my story will help others and yours will too.
