Presence has always been a word and an action that I have pondered over and wandered about for so long maybe since I started my spiritual journey which was 2016 understanding what it is to be present and be in another space but I suffer from social anxiety so I could be in one place and be somewhere else so studying being present became interesting to me because when I would be present I would be paying attention to everything else that was around me understanding absorbing my surroundings was being present not specifically talking to one individual but I also know in my ways I can understand where focus is presents also when you're speaking with someone you are solely speaking with them they should consume all of your mind and your experience at the time anything you recall would be to recall an enticing experience between the two parties. What do you guys think?
