Another episode recorded pre-pandemic. We talk with DCB about the Shakespeare scene in Chicago, what commercial auditions are really like, and how a city can inspire self discovery. Daniel is an actor, intimacy designer, and poet/rapper. He has performed at Chicago Shakes and recently landed a major cereal brand commercial. While this episode does get a little buck, it stays pretty grounded as DCB shares his invaluable insight and experiences.

We are back! This episode was recorded almost exactly a year ago and feels like it came from another universe. In it we discuss what it's like living in a pre-pandemic Chicago, how to jump start your improv career, and which special skills are particularly useful these days. 

Joanne is an improviser, actress, and writer. She has written and produced sketches, as well as a docu-series and is very involved in the Chicago comedy world. This extra long episode is filled with nuggets of wisdom as well as off the wall energy, so strap in as we break the hiatus with this long awaited gem of an episode.
