Matar Paneer Buns with Olga Thompson Family Feeds

    • Eten

Cook along with food writer Georgina Hayden as she makes some delectable Matar Paneer Buns for comedian and writer - not to mention fellow Greek Cypriot North Londoner - Olga Thompson.
For this cook-along recipe you will need (serves 4):
1 pack of paneer (around 225g)
3 garlic cloves
A large, thumb-sized piece of ginger
2 shallots (or 1 onion)
½ bunch of coriander
4 tbsp groundnut or vegetable oil
½ tin of tomatoes
1 tsp caster sugar
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp mild chilli powder
150g frozen peas
4 bread rolls (I like Brioche)
A large knob of butter
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
