4 onions
50g unsalted butter
Olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 x 400g tins green lentils
75g vermicelli
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 ½ tsp dried mint
150g halloumi
1 tbsp honey
Extra virgin olive oil
