Tuna Niçoise with Melanie Bracewell Family Feeds

Cook along with food writer Georgina Hayden in this ‘Date Night’ Special as she makes her romantic, Greek-inspired Tuna Niçoise for two, for New Zealand comedian Melanie Bracewell.
For this cook-along recipe you will need (serves 2):
300g waxy potatoes (4 - 5 new potatoes)
2 large eggs
½ red onion
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp capers
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 avocado
250g tuna steak
Olive oil
2 pinches dried oregano (or a few sprigs of fresh oregano)
Handful of wild rocket
