Introduction to meditation

This podcast marked my introduction to meditation and I’ve stuck to it since. For the guided sessions, Mary breaks down the process helping you understand what goes on within while easing you into a meditative state. For someone who’s veeery analytical and likes to understand everything -it hit the spot. I started by just listening to one episode and after months, I now make use of the wide selection of topics they have. Depending on what I’m going through, I know just what to listen to. The sessions have been a great companion to my spiritual and personal development journey. The meditations are also highly effective (if you can put it that way) so I never get ‘bored’ of listening to the same meditations over and over again.

A 20 or even 10 minute meditation really brings a lot of good to me. I will soon make a donation because Im very happy with all this podcast material available.

The voices are pleasant, have a nice rhythm and speed (they go very well with belly breathing). Certainly the best meditation podcast outthere. So many thanks!
