    Unspoken Words

    Unspoken Words

Written in the midst of certain events that altered the course of my life for a period. Those kinds of experiences which make one question his identity, doubt his identity. Identity as a believer, as a man.

Identity can indeed be questions by events, maybe even altered or shrouded by events. Identity can be lost, or maybe forgotten. Identity can be recovered if it is one's true identity. Or is it that the identity was re-recognized not really recovered.

    The River

    The River

The River is a poem I wrote in the year 2010 while working at the Banana Island Office of Airtel Nigeria. We had a body of water beside the office and one day I penned this down while watching the tiny fish inside.

Credits to Akurios for the sound and JoshSeas for the amazing picture.

Njànsí - A Tale of Deep Darkness, and Dazzling Light - Chapter 11

Njànsí - A Tale of Deep Darkness, and Dazzling Light - Chapter 11

This is chapter eleven of the audio book called Njànsí (originally called Sesiri's Virgin). It is the first attempt at publishing prose by Kenneth Igiri. Originally written between 1998 and 2003, the book Njànsí was self-published using Authorhouse UK (https://www.authorhouse.co.uk/) in the year 2010. The book is interspersed with brief outbursts of poetry in the form of occult incantations. The story is based in Lagos Nigeria and told from a Christian Worldview with a lot of scenes capable of spiking your adrenaline.

Credits go to Perry Tintin and David Sylvester for a great job on the audio. Get the complete book on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/NJ-NS-Kenneth-Igiri/dp/1452090874
