Midlife survivor ,

A fantastic and fun midlife resource

This is my favourite podcast, it's funny, entertaining and informative. They have fabulous guests and you feel like you are with like-minded women as we enter our next phase of life. Keep up the great work ladies!

Ornumc ,

Changed my life!

I will forever be grateful to me friend Neelakshi who, when I was lamenting all the physical and mental changes that I and my friends were going through, sent me a link to this podcast.

Lorraine and Trish’s interviews with their guests have taught me so much about this phase of my life and I’ve been able to in turn tell my friends about perimenopause and mid-life. It’s also wonderful that they are my age, so all their (UK) cultural and social references resonate. I feel like they’re my friends!

The first thing I do on Mondays is put on PFM as I get going, because I know I’ll learn a thing or two and there’ll be something to laugh at.
