Podcast 4 dec

Another amazing helpful chat. Was listening en route to visiting student son, who was feeling overwhelmed with exams, lectures, student life commitments🍕🍺🍻 Arrived to find him sat in front of Disney film! ( and rather worse for wear) Was getting all set to tell him - disney will not help you pass upcoming exams, and then i suddenly realized what a clever boy, understanding he needed to be soothed and disney as well as liz dark choc almond cake was doing just that. With thanks to your podcast with psychologist this week, my son escaped a ranting mother! Such sensible stuff. Keep it coming. Linda x
