Zach Even-Esh is a leading figure in the strength & conditioning industry where he has trained thousands of athletes ranging from the youth level to the Olympic level.
Zach founded The Underground Strength Gym and created The Underground Strength Coach Certification, both of which have inspired and educated coaches and athletes from around the world to achieve greater success in both sports and life.
Zach has consulted with Division I athletic teams, Olympic Level athletic clubs, Spartan Race, pro teams and independent coaches and athletes from around the world.
The Underground Strength Gym began from Zach's parents garage while he was a Health and Physical Education teacher in 2002. Burt Watson has had a history of working with the best of the best in boxing and MMA. As a consultant, advisor, promoter, and event coordinator, Burt commands a wealth of knowledge, which is unparalleled in both industries.
He coordinated some of the most recognized fights and fighters in boxing and mixed martial arts, serving first as business manager for Joe Frazier in the 1970s and continuing throughout the new millennium. Among the fighters that he's worked with are Muhammad Ali, Larry Holmes, George Foreman, Ken Norton, Mike Tyson, Oscar De La Hoya, and countless others. Burt also worked directly with promoters Don King, Lou Duva, Frank Warren, and Univision.
In 2001, Burt was introduced to the UFC and Dana White. There, he served a coordinator for their televised and pay-per-view events.
