As women we often times think we need to do it all and if we don't then we are not good enough.  In this podcast we discuss the importance of self compassion and how it plays a direct role in our mental health and well being!

When you have the perfect plan laid out for your life, when you know that what you want is a good thing, when you set out on a path of your choosing....and then God says no.  Or not right now.  Or maybe later.  How do you handle this?  How do you stay in peace and joy when your plans are not the same as the plans God has for you?  We discuss these things in this podcast and offer ideas of how to "let go" of what you think you want and find the joy in what God has for you instead.
