Many parents are stumped on how to talk about the Trinity with their kids. Part of the problem is as adults we aren’t too sure ourselves about the Trinity, so how can we help our kids when they ask questions?

We often think of God in the Old Testament God as an angry judge, and in the New Testament as loving and compassionate. However, if we see God as a loving parent with boundaries between right and wrong, we can understand some of these questions about God "behaving badly".

It’s important to recognize that for many of us, death isn’t something we’re comfortable with, much less talking to a child about it. Death is taboo. Death is uncomfortable. And death is mysterious. But here’s what you can do to help answer questions with your kids about death: You can help them feel safe, sad, and glad. Today Pastor Austin continues our sermon series where we help you answer kid's questions about God, the church, and the Christian faith.

We cannot truly appreciate the resurrection of Jesus if we don’t spend some time at the looking at the cross and watching Mary witness the cruel death of her son. “Sometimes, it causes me to tremble, tremble, tremble.” But then, in the midst of our grief in the graveyard, comes the earthquake of the resurrection.
