Best science based nutrition podcast there is!!

If you understand where the host, Jonathan Bailor, is coming from then you would understand that he is really passionate about what he does and his goal is really to help everyone eat better and live better. What really stands out about this podcast as opposed to everything else out there is that Jonathon is always very fair and understanding when it comes to his guests on the show. He has also had quite a few notable guests and those episodes are not to miss. I like how he always tries to get the guests to argee on points about nutrition. If you took notes on all these "points" then you would have the best nutrition advise there is. Jonathon also has a awesome co-host who keeps the show friendly and fun, not to mention she puts out a lot of amazing recipes on her website. Over all, it's a great show if you want the facts about nutrition and how to live a healthy lifestyle.
