Coming through the lineage of Birthwork, taught mostly by traditional midwives, her praxis is based around the innate wisdom of the body. Marissa is studied in full spectrum pregnancy, birth & postpartum care, holistic pelvic care, and various energy work modalities. She aims to provide a gentle, trauma-informed and emergent way for all beings to return to the home of their bodies.
