Not with a bang, but with a long series of whispers did the Roman Empire fall. This well written and narrated podcast tells the whole story - a story of mismanagement, disease, climate change, migrations and economic collapse. It feels eerily relevant to today’s civilization.

nice indept view of the everyday life during the last days of the roman empire. especially the stories of the lifespan of some fictional characters really give a good feeling for the scale of migration and rapid delevopmends in this era.
