The Pile Our Times with Scott & Nedra Ross

Commemorating the 16th anniversary of 9/11, the hosts of Our Times with Scott and Nedra Ross revisit Scott's experiences at Ground Zero. Few journalists are also ordained ministers like Scott. His dual role as reporter and pastor served him well when he was permitted special credentialed access to Ground Zero on what became known to the 1st Responders simply as “the pile.” For more than twenty days, Scott filed special reports from the smoldering pit alongside the 1st Responders who waded through mangled steel and pulverized concrete tinged with cremated flesh.
