    For years, chef Yia Vang operated his restaurant Union Hmong Kitchen in a trailer outside of a brewery in Minneapolis. More than food!

Wow wow wow! That’s all I can say. What a surprisingly great show! It is truly about our relationship with food and culture and not about the food itself. Fair warning though: listening in the car will make you hungry all day long 🤓 An absolute must listen!
