The Wavy Brain Lindsay Binette & Lauren Ascher
-
- Gezondheid en fitness
The Wavy Brain podcast explores work, life, and neurodiversity with a range of exciting guests who have all had to navigate the twists and turns that ADHD and other neuro-differences can throw their way. Hosts Lindsay and Lauren are both former corporate superstars turned ADHD coaches who were diagnosed with ADHD in their late-30s. They are both moms unlocking the generational neurodiversity within their own families and discovering how their passion for coaching has transformed their lives. It made them want to change the narrative around neurodivergent thinking from a “disorder” to unharnessed strengths. We believe that the different ways we all think, learn, and process information should be talked about, understood, and celebrated in all areas of life. Neurodivergent thinkers interestingly contribute to the world, as we often have inspiring career paths that follow a wavy line rather than a straight one. We can thrive in a world where people expect us to think and learn the same way with the correct information and understanding of ourselves.
