Portia is an entrepreneur from Matatiele based in Durban, she runs a one of kind and all errands business called Mrs King Services. As the name suggests, you can book her to do some of the time-consuming tasks such as shopping, picking up parcels, taking your kids to play dates that clash with your professional commitments and many other errands which she mentioned on the show. Today we spoke up how she started this business during the peak of covid and the impact of inflation on her business and how that didn’t stop her from scaling up and finding more ways to better her customer service.
