You Are Not Alone Talks with Lily

Everyone, I changed the name of the podcast. You can see that from the update. It made sense to change it now, being that our following is small. In this week's episode catch up with me in my experience attending a workshop for mothers and caregivers as well a cool project that I will be working one. 

There are times when we feel alone in the world, man or women but we aren't. We need support and sometimes it can be hard to ask for support, whether it be because of pride or fear. Let's find a way to support one another. A simple check in can make someones day.
