I believe that this is made for everyone one in sport, regardless if you are a leader or not, I strongly believe that there are lessons you could take in this podcast and this podcast is made to make is view leadership in a better light in sport. Leadership is not an easy job but if you listen to this podcast you will begin to understand that you can be a leader or you can become a better coach and captain.

I believe that if you listen to this episode you will be transformed and you will begin to fix your approach to sport and what you think about sport. I believe that sports has done a lot for us and we need to give sports all sports for the respect it requires and we need to also understand that it's a privilege that we playing sport not a right.
