Mako and I have been friends for a while now - Whenever we meet up we end up losing hours to chat about all things business and hosting. Today I’m chatting to Saskia Sidey, a London based food stylist, recipe developer and food writer who's been working in the food industry for 10 years. She's also the co-founder of Sidey studio, a brand new gorgeous food photography studio in Peckham which she’s set up with her wife Jo.
