Secret Winds is your guide to Wellness. There are three aspects to total wellness. Body, mind and spirit. You can’t neglect one area and still achieve total wellness. For example, you can’t get physically fit if you struggle with staying focused, low self confidence, or the belief that you can’t achieve your goal. You can’t be well emotionally if you’re not tuned in to who you are spiritually, and at peace with your true self. The aim is to work through mental and emotional barriers that cause 90% of people to quit or fail, and to become a better, healthier, more well-rounded person.
