Ep19: What Bulking Feels Like
I'm now coming to the end of my first ever 'bulk' and I wanted to share my thoughts with you.
It was a very strange feeling of wanting to put on muscle and therefore weight but at the same time wanting to say 'lean'. I found the extra calories hard to consume and found the excess weight a little uncomfortable but I'm hoping it all pays off soon! :D -
Ep18: Our First Tough Mudder Experience
So this weekend James and I were lucky enough to have the opportunity to run Tough Mudder with Trek, and it was just amazing!

Over the last few years I've realised that I do have a few food intolerances. It took me so long to realise that the food I was eating was making me feel horrendous - rather than that just being how my body was!

I now have a new fitness goal - doing a bikini body competition, yay! I have never done one before, and honestly have no idea what I'm doing! I'm working with a coach who is guiding me through the process though so I'm much happier and on track!
