Episódio 4 - Estratégias de Manejo aos Pacientes Difíceis
Este episódio apresentará estratégias para a construção de uma relação terapêutica mais eficiente com aqueles pacientes que costumam gerar dificuldades. As estratégias apresentadas são frutos de uma breve revisão sobre o tema e baseadas, principalmente, na abordagem "CALMER" (2004). O episódio também proporciona uma consulta mais aprofundada sobre estratégias de enfrentamento do estigma por parte de profissionais de saúde à saúde mental dos pacientes através do material à disposição nos links abaixo:

Episódio 3 - Os Pilares de Sustentação do Estigma
Este episódio trará os três principais domínios que estão relacionados à manutenção do estigma em diversos cenários: os conhecimentos, as preconcepções e os comportamentos. Trará estes domínios no contexto dos pacientes difíceis. Apresentará o conceito de "Ofuscamento Diagnóstico" e sua relação com o atendimento de pacientes de difícil manejo.

Episódio 2 - O Estigma e os Pacientes Difíceis
Este episódio trará o conceito de estigma e os elementos necessários para seu processo de consolidação. A partir daí, se realizará um processo de reflexão sobre o estigma no contexto dos pacientes de difícil manejo.
