Vegan or Vegetarian? Can I do it?
For January 2021, I think as I move forward in my journey, I may be more incline to be plant-forward, meaning eating foods primarily from plants. I am gong to try a plant based diet for the first 30 days of the year and see how it goes!! wish me luck.
