New Moon activates the 35th Gate which is about seeking new experiences. The shadow frequency is called boredom which manifests itself as a low serotonin level. This shadow drives humanity into activity in order to chase the good feeling neurotransmitter. The mind/not-self has a million and one ideas get rid of this depressive state but the answer is to go deep within to raise your frequency and your serotonin level. The New Moon tells us that we need to take a pause and check with our strategy and authority before diving into new experiences that may not be correct for us.

Full Moon asks us to NOT force the flow of the life force energies. We need to shift our belief that we have to use force in order to make things happen in our life. The gift is strength which means allowing everything to come to you so that you may respond with your sacral if you are from the Generator Family.
