31. Fostering our Indigeneity Through Te Taiao (The Natural World) with Rongoā Practitioner Donna Kerridge.
We are in for a treat today my loves, a powerful and compassionate transmission from Donna Kerridge. Some may call her the Grandmother of Rongoā, how blessed we are to hear her speak so passionately about the natural world, Te Ao Māori and her craft of Rongoā.
Donna Kerridge (Ngāti Tahinga, Ngāti Mahuta) is a Rongoā Māori (traditional Māori healing) practitioner from Waikato, Aotearoa New Zealand who is deeply connected to our Earth and her wisdom.
She is a humble advocate, healer and leader, passionate about indigenous practices that focus on healing and restoring our people and our Whenua (land).
She advises a number of Government and educational organisations in this space to shape policy. Deeply anchored in mātauranga Māori and in her intuition, Donna is a powerful facilitator, helping groups discover their own wisdom, their indigeneity and learn from each other in service of our Earth and future generations.

Ya gurl fell in love, and this is our story. I called in a super aligned energetic match - and have been in a love and healing portal this summer.
I have felt so expanded by the journey that I had to bring it to the pod.
This is a two part episode, the first one is juicy soft feminine vibe that has lessons woven throughout.
We speak into the realms of tūrangawaewae and ūkaipō, recognising and trusting synchronicities, building trust through intamacy and men developing emotional intelligence to support holding a women with emotional depth.
Shay is a thought leader, keynote speaker and entrepreneur from mixed European and Maori ancestry. He has been working on some big missions to create impact including economic empowerment of Māori communities through founding Te Whare Hukaka, helping shift our education system, and more recently food sovereignty and resilience through a nutrition venture called elemental food, providing daily nutrition from natural superfoods. He has been an advisor and coach to hundreds of organisations leaders and has a wealth of concepts around personal growth and development.
And if I do say so myself, he’s the perfect match for me.
Part two is out next Wednesday - we enter more into the masculine space, with really tangible and practical concepts that we have been working with to bring a deep sense of trust and safety.
