345. Building an iconic brand with Styled by Sally Brand Builders Lab with Suz Chadwick

I used to have my own style blog back in the day when I was still working in corporate. I've always loved talking about fashion, beauty, and all things style-related. So I was super excited to have Sally on the show to dive into how she's grown her business and built a massive following of over 200K on Instagram.

COVID lockdowns were tough on Sally's in-person business, but gave her the time to start creating video content. This skyrocketed her growth and trust with her audience on Instagram.


Sally does ALL her own Instagram content creation and editing! Her feed is amazing and I was shocked to learn she doesn't have a social media team. Major kudos to Sally's commitment and creativity.


A big lesson Sally shared was to focus on being the best version of yourself and not get too hung up on comparing yourself to competitors. There is enough room for everyone - just keep showing up and serving your people!
