THE MYSTERY BEHIND ECCLESIASTES 12

1. The arms and hands that keep the body now begin to tremble (the keepers of the house tremble).

2. The legs and knees begin to sag (the strong men bow down).

3. Teeth are lost and chewing is more difficult (the
grinders cease because they are few).

4. The eyes are dimmed (the windows grow dim).

5. The ears become weaker and weaker (the sound of grinding is low).

6. Sleep becomes more difficult, and one is easy wakened (one rises up at the sound of a bird).

7. Singing and music are less appreciated (the daughters of music are brought low).

8. One becomes more fearful in life (afraid of height, and of terrors in the way).

9. The hair becomes white (the almond tree blossoms).

10. The once active become weak (the grasshopper is a burden).

CONSECRATION

1. Consecration means to give priority to spiritual things over the physical things.

2. It is the act of dedicating yourself to the service and worship of God.

3. It is to make holy or dedicate to a higher purpose.

4. Consecration is the amount of your unconditional surrender to God.



EXODUS 19:1-25 KJV

- Every consecration has its boundaries.

- Every spirit has its own level of consecration.

2ND CORINTTHIANS 6:15-18

- Consecration is beyond the issue of sin.

- It is possible not to be sinful, but you are not consecrated.

- One of the characteristics and features of consecration is that you cannot say YES to everything even the good ones.



TYPES OF CONSECRATION

1. Consecration to God (Exodus 19:10, John 4:34)

- It involves purity, reverence and fear of God.

- It is kept by you revering God, personal and quality time with the Lord.



2. Consecration to the requirements of your destiny. (1ST SAMUEL 16:14-20)

- Pay the price to become the best in what you do.

- Everything can change your life if only you refine it.

- Every destiny has its requirement that keeps the destiny on course.



THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SANCTIFICATION AND CONSECRATION

Sanctification - It refers to a person becoming holy.

- Sanctification is God making you holy.

Consecration - Your response to sanctification is what we call consecration.

- Consecration is you living holy.



Sanctification

- It is the reality that affects your soul, mind and body.

- Justification is the sanctification of the Spirit.



KEEPING YOUR CONSECRATION

- Every anointing and calling has a consecration that protects it or ferns it.

- If you receive a man's anointing and you do not study his consecration you will lose that anointing.



1. Sacrifice (Matthew 20:20-23)

- Every level of consecration has it its own level of sacrifice.

- Every consecration has a price tag attached on it.



2. Quality personal time in prayer

- Consecration is the only way we draw power.



3. Word

- Advancing is the cruise of the spirit in understanding the word of God.

THE IMPACT AND POWER OF FASTING

1. Heaven begins to open

- When there is consistency of prayer and fasting that is always an open heaven upon someone's life both spiritual and phyisical.

2. It creates atmospheres off interventions (Acts 10:1-7, Acts 13:1-3)

- When fasting be cautious of interventions.

3. Fasting is an activator of ordinations (Matthew 4)

- For anyone to move and walk in the dimesnions of God you need to master your own appetite.


4. Fasting triggers revival (Daniel 9:3-5, Joel 2:12-15)
- Anyone used by God is a man who has mastered his own appetite.

PROPHETIC CHANNELS WHEN ONE RECEIVES THE GIFT OF SIGHT

1. Dreams and visions (Joel 2:28, Job 22:14-15, Genesis 41:25-28)

- A vision is a prophetic tool and also a support system.

2. Imaginations and creativity (Exodus 31:1-6)

- It is the advantage of sight that gives the grace of imaginations and creativity.

- It is the grace that gives and brings productivity and solutions to problems.

- There is a solution to every problem.

- Meditation is one of the ways to be creative.

3. The Capacity to have insight from scriptures (Ephesians 1:17-18)

- An understanding eye on scriptures

(Isaiah 29:11-12)

- The Bible is closed and sealed. Closed of it is physical and sealed of it is spiritual.

- Just because the bible is opened does not necessarily mean that the seal is open.

4. Prophetic Revelations (John 16:13, Revelation 1:1; 4:1)

- When you get prophetic revelations you start seen in the spirit.



KEYS TO ACTIVATING THE GIFT OF SIGHT

1. Praying in the Spirit (Matthew 13:13-16, Luke 18:35)

- The gift of sight goes hand in hand with praying in the Spirt.

- The prophetic activation is activated by prayig in the Spirit.

There is a stability thaat your prayer gies to everything you do.

- There is a sound that your prayer life gives to everything you do.

- You cannot fake a genuine prayer life.

- Your prayer altar is connected to your sight. If you want to see you must learn to pray in the Spirit.



2. MEDITATION

- Rich moments where you meditate upon the word of God and meditate upon scripture-based materials eg sermons.

- Meditation is the grace to see ahead of time.



3. THROUGH IMPARTATION (EPHESIANS 3:9)

- Seeing is a grace that can be imparted to someone.

- There is a grace make all men to see.

- All men can see depending on the grace that rests upon them.

- The gift of sight will show you where the problem is and how to solve it.
