    متوسط السعرات الحرارية في الاسبوعين: 2100
    متوسط الاسبوع الاول: 70 كغ
    متوسط الاسبوع الثاني: 70.3 كغ
    الفرق: 300 جرام

    1 kg of fat = 7700 calories
    300 grams of fat = 7700 x 0.3 kg = 2310 calories
    الراجل هنا اكل 2310 سعر حراري زيادة على مدار اسبوع كامل
    2310 / 7 = 330 سعر حراري
    330 سعر حراري هي الزيادة اليومية في السعرات الحرارية اللي تسببت في زيادة وزنه
    2100 - 330= 1770 سعر حراري
    1770  سعر حراري هو الرقم اللي الراجل في المثال محتاجه عشان لا يزيد ولا يقل في الوزن
