The only decent Rugby show in NZ
Ross Karl is doing an outstanding job with this show. It is well structured, thoughtful and insightful. He asks good questions, and is mindful of being the audience with him. It’s excellent. We have nothing else like it. Honestly, put this against the tedious bickering on the Breakdown, it’s not even close.
James Parsons is a very good rugby analyst. He will only get better the more distance he gets from the current crop of players too, at the moment he is clearly uncomfortable being too critical. It’s also great getting the perspective of a current player like Bryn Hall.
Rugby
Pretty boring podcast when the guys talk about down lines and the technicalities of the sport. Would rather hear their opinions on the storylines currently in rugby (i.e the rising prevalence of red cards)than some drivel about up and down lines zzzz.
Finally!
Some decent rugby chat from CURRENT players, speaking their mind and not being restrained by PR managers. Thanks RugbyPass for this. Really loving the cast too. Fresh voices in rugby - long overdue.
