In this episode Lofa and Brett recap the 2024 Seahawks draft. We need monsters in the trenches, and this year we got them!! It was a foundation building draft and the Hawks were clearly happy with their special teams. Plus, where was Lofa on his draft day, and could he have ever played at Safety? Go Hawks!!

Lofa Tatupu and New York Daily News reporter Antwan Staley discuss Russell Wilson's potential move to the Steelers and whether it would be a good fit. Lofa shares his opinion on why he believes Russ still has a lot to offer, and they also discuss recent roster changes as well as Bobby Wagner's departure.

The big game started slowly but ended up going into OT (and almost double OT!) We are equal parts happy for Andy Ried and sad for Kyle Shanahan.
