NHL Weekly Rewind, Hot or Not, College Baseball Reactions
Episode 29 of Calling My Shots features NHL and College Baseball coverage. We begin our hockey content with "Puck Me" featuring our most notable moment of the week. We discuss the most prevalent storylines. Former KHL player Alexei Cherepanov suffers a tragic unexpected death. Darryl Sutter becomes the new head coach of the Calgary Flames and is off to a hot start. Claude Julien is unexpectedly fired by the Montreal Canadiens. ESPN will now broadcast NHL games for the first time since 2004. We talk about the implications this will have on the National Hockey League. We then play "Hot or Not" with 6 fortunate NHL teams. We give a brief overview of the current standings and discuss the league statistic leaders. Our hockey coverage ends with our player spotlights and taxi squad units. We then transition into our college baseball coverage where we begin with a brief overview of the updated top 25 rankings. We react to these rankings and decide whether or not adjustments should be made. We preview some of the notable upcoming SEC matchups. NHL Weekly Recap, Hot or Not, College Baseball Updates
This episode of Calling My Shots features NHL and College Baseball coverage. We being our show with our weekly "Puck ME" NHL content. We start out by sharing some of the funniest moments of the week. We discuss the NHL's poor management of the first Lake Tahoe stadium series game. Artemi Panarin requests an unexpected leave of absence. We debate where Gary Bettman ranks among American professional sports commissioners. We play "Hot or Not" with 6 fortunate NHL teams. As always, we give you a standings update and weekly recap. We run through our league leaders and player spotlights. Our hockey coverage ends with our Taxi Squad units of the week. We then pass it over to our College Baseball coverage. We begin by recapping the opening weekend. There were several unexpected upsets. San Francisco won 2 out of 3 games against former #2 UCLA. Miami upsets Florida taking control over the sunshine state. The SEC decimated the BIG 12 in the State Farm classic. We analyze and discuss the updated top 25 rankings from Baseball America. Puck ME, Hot or Not, College Baseball Season Preview
On this episode of CMS, we feature NHL & College Baseball coverage. We begin our show with our weekly "Puck Me" hockey content. We breakdown the season schedule adjustments and how the NHL should handle these unique situations. We talk about Alex Galchenyuk being traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs from Carolina. We debate whether or not he can contribute to the Leafs prolific offense. With the trade deadline quickly approaching, Zac and I discuss the latest rumors. Bucs Win 2nd Super Bowl, Hot or Not, NHL Weekly Rewind
