John wrote this Gospel that we may believe Jesus is the Christ and be saved.

John teaches us that Christ must increase and we must decrease.

The Gospel of John is written that you may know Jesus is Lord and believe.

John's Gospel provides evidence that Jesus is the Christ, the Messiah, that we may believe and receive new life.

It is finished! It's a word of completion. It's a word of victory. It's a word of peace.

In Jesus' final words on the cross he reveals much of his heart and what he considered important.
