Five Ships of the Church
The Bible draws many comparisons between naval ships and the church. A ship is a form of conveyance over any medium other than land. We have airships, spaceships as well as sea going vessels. The church is a ship because its journey is made over spiritual waters and its port of destination is not of this world. Even our language is seasoned with references to ships. The suffix, ship is used on many English words to express quality, condition or a state of being. In this message Bishop Stinnett discusses five important ships of the church, relationships, fellowships, discipleship, worship and stewardship.

How to be Profitable in God's Economy
The "Parable of the Talents" or "pounds" as Luke called them is about God's economy. In one sense, God is a capitalist. A capitalist is one who invests capital (something of value) in the hopes of obtaining a profit. In the economy of man there is always a possibility of risk associated with any investment. There are always winners and losers. But, in God's economy, there is no risk of loss, unless, we fail or refuse to invest the capital God has given us. To be profitable in God's economy you need to understand the value of what God has given you. You need to understand the purpose of the gifts and calling of God and you need to invest the gift - You can't lose!

God Is Up to Something Part 2
The high points of our life are often the consequences of struggle to reach a goal or victory over some adversity. From this perspective every low point can be seen as an opportunity for victory and achievement. We can give God the glory for His part in our achievements and victories but, how should we view the times when we have no dramatic highs or low's in our life? Don't manufacture drama to get your high, just know that God is up to something – even in the monotony of everyday living.

What The Heck Is Wrong With Your Love Life?
In this Valentine's Day message Bishop Stinnett uses an episode from the ABC sitcom, "The Middle" as a culture connection to introduce biblical concepts about love. This Valentines Day many will wonder how they should celebrate. Some may even wonder why the day should be celebrated at all. We may have our own unique way or reasons to celebrate but Bishop Stinnett offers one good reason why love should be celebrated. Furthermore, he explores some ways people show their love for each other. How we love and why we love really depend on where we are on our journey of discovering our love for each other and our love for God. Hopefully, we will discover the central truth about love - it is a life changing event. So, how is your love life?
