The Book of Jonah is known for a man's bizarre encounter with a massive fish. But is there more to the story? It's truly a narrative about human stubbornness, God's grace, our reluctance, God's compassion, our willingness to be used, and God's love for people far from Him. Prepare to be challenged! But what about those final hours before his crucifixion? What happened with Peter on the day of Jesus’ resurrection? On the cross, God allowed for The Divine Exchange through Jesus to us, His creation. Not only did He set us free from sin through The Divine Exchange, but He provided so much more! The cross of Jesus is the pivotal event of eternity. Nothing in all of history can remotely compare to The Divine Exchange that occurred through Jesus' crucifixion. When we begin to truly grasp and appropriate the cross to our lives, we will move from curse to blessing and never look back.
