Maybe it’s negative thought patterns, maybe it’s the past or painful memories that you need to let go of, maybe it’s unhealthy habits or relationships or any other kind of attachments that keep you from growing into your strongest and best self.

    Whatever it might be, letting go always comes with change and can be a big stepping stone on the path to our spiritual awakening.
