A chat with some of the organizers of Abuelitas Remedios, A very much needed gathering honoring Ancestral Medicine ways. This event was so beautiful and had thee most beautiful flyer picturing an Abuela y Maestra de Mexico. It was very impactful to use her image for this flyer as the audience they were hoping to reach was the community that's not just necessarily on Social Media and the community members that are already very active in Organizing. A lot of the promotion for the event was done on foot especially during the Mexican Independence Day Parade in East Los Angeles for El Dieciseis de Septiembre!

Episode 3 Pt 1: Community Collective: Community Circle LA. In this CDP Radiospace meeting we Check-in with Iberio Franco & Mateo Gil of Community Circle LA. Community Circle LA Is Organizing circles all across the city from Men's Circle, to a Bell Hooks "All about Love" reading circle at Eastside Cafe and now a Co-housing circle! These brothers are putting in a lot of work and creating healing space for Men, smashing the patriarchy and toxic masculinity.
