Ep. 24: Authentic Wellness with Nkem Chukwumerije Undiscovered Worth

    • Personal Journals

In this week’s episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Nkem Chukwumerije. She is a teaching artist, healing artist, creative entrepreneur, and the founder of Wellspringwords.
Wellspringwords is a literary anthology and creative enrichment studio that serves to enhance the holistic well-being of women of color, first, through the cultivation of unique wisdom via intuitive writing, storytelling, creative embodiment, and authentic expression.
This conversation was really beautiful and fluid. I’m so thankful to have spoken with her. We discuss so much, ranging from creativity and our families to embodiment practice, surrender, and so much more.
I appreciate Nkem’s honesty, wisdom, and openness. And I’m excited for you to listen.
You can learn more about Nkem’s work, including her podcast, which we reference in this episode. And some exciting news is that she recently released a poetry collection that is available for the whole world to order. Everything, including the episode’s transcript, will be linked in the show notes.
