How do you actually “feel” your feelings? This was a question that a friend of mine recently asked me, and a topic that I am also really passionate about – so I thought it would be great to dive in deeper with you and talk about some powerful tools that I have found incredibly helpful in my life when it comes to feelings and emotions.
