Listening to this will make you faster!

Love this podcast - perfect mix of science and practicality. As I am not an elite athlete my success is measured by how much I improve and learn. After every podcast I listen to I have have made some kind of change to training or my race day prep and its had a clear impact on my performances.

Inspiring and full of myth busting information to make me ride faster and understand my body. Out riding the long rides listening to Matty Gee often has me laughing and getting me through the tough climbs or cold wet nutrient deficit rides. You're a star mate keep up the great work!
