Alexandra's list of successes is basically never-ending. Olympian from the Beijing 2022 Games, Winner of a World Cup race, several World Cup podiums, an Overall winner of the European Cup, and most importantly: The European Young Olympic Ambassador from Sweden! She has been through a lot in her career, but like any other motivated athlete, she always believed in herself and became an Olympian. Coincidence? No. In today's episode, we learned what it takes to become one and still be a down-to-earth and inspiring role model.

We met Donatella at the end of the Summer EYOF 2023 in Maribor, Slovenia - to wrap up a very busy year for the EOC in terms of amount of events, talk about the importance of social media and how athletes as such are dealing with the publicity and their image online. Her passion for the media coverage of sports (as the head of the EOC Communication & Media Relations) is more than exciting to follow, and truly inspiring not only for the sports community.

We were so lucky to meet Giulia Rozzo - a passionate volunteer from the United States of America who shared her wonderful thoughts on volunteerism, mindset and the magic of doing. At EYOF 2023 FVG Giulia volunteered as a NOC assistant and in case you were wondering how that's done then grab your trainers and let us join you for a trip to the groceries, warm-up run or morning walk to the office. The winter EYOF 2023 in Friuli Venezia Giulia is in full go and between competition packed days we managed to land the Slovakian Alpine Ski team in our studio. Together we dug deeper into the life of young alpine skiers, their goals and challenges and how leaving their comfort zone has changed their mental and physical skills.
