saying goodbye to sophomore year | ep. 132
in this episode, i read an essay that i wrote as an end-of-year assignment. it took a lot of courage for me to write, let alone share this essay, but it reflects a lot of the journey that i've gone through this year and the lessons i've learned. sophomore year was a tough one, but i hope to carry these lessons with me always.

three years!! | ep. 131
three years?! yesterday was the official three-year birthday of the podcast, and i'm full of gratitude for all of you who have been on this journey with me over the past three years. today, i reflect on the early beginnings of the podcast, the name, and how this podcast has shaped me over the past three years. thank you for the constant love and support!

lessons in chemistry (in the most unromantic way possible) | ep. 130
ok so this episode is NOT about romance in any way, shape, or form.... its about actual chemistry. like, the class. and my experience in it, and the hard lessons that this class has taught me outside of the textbook. but i promise its still just as juicy (ok maybe not) as the book!

releasing perfection | ep. 129
this is kinda on par with last weeks episode, but more in detail with what i've been working on in my personal journey!

wait, we get to have fun?? | ep. 128
its taken a lot of hard work, tears, reflection and support to realize some of the things that i've come to learn over the past few months, maybe even the past year. this is the short version of all of those thoughts and feelings (even though its bordering on like 40 min...), and i hope that this reaches anyone who needs to hear this right now.
as always, with love,
