As someone who go diagnosed with ADHD in his 30s, Zak has now be able to look back and take stock of a lot of his experiences, especially those around rejection and hurt. While rejection sensitive dysphoria is not a formal diagnosis, it is one of the most common and disruptive manifestations of emotional dysregulation — a common but under-researched and oft-misunderstood symptom of ADHD, particularly in adults. So how does he manage this now and how do the bridges he burned in his past get rebuilt if at all? Listen in and find out.
