Self-Care is the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one's own health. You can practice self-care today with no money and little to no time. Listed below are some ways I practice self-care, to ensure that my mind, body and spirit are in sync and well. 3 xoxo Hi-Key

Saying (out loud) affirmations such as 'I Am Happy, I Am Light, I Am Powerful, I Am Healthy, I Feel Peaceful'

Taking a nap

Hanging out with friends and family

Spending quality time with a significant person

Listening to music

Playing piano/singing 

Dancing/Making TikToks
